I’m Clive Mullis and thanks for dropping by my website.
Residing in Bedfordshire in the UK I spent many years as a paramedic honing my cynicism and dark sense of humour.
My first book, Banker’s Draft, is a light-hearted fantasy detective story set in the fictional City of Gornstock. There has been a murder, and Cornwallis has been called in to solve the crime, but in Gornstock, things are never quite as they seem.
Scooters Yard, my second Gornstock novel, is another detective story where the police have a radical rethink, thinking the unthinkable, which has unexpected results.
I’m a former EMT, trained a lot of paramedics during my medical school career. Not earning a living writing, however. Maybe one day.
Nice to meet another from the trade Noelle. I’m retired now, but I blog every now and again about my time in the service. Like you, I’m still hoping to make a living from writing. 🙂
My dad is an ECP – not sure I could ever do what he does.
Good luck with the second title!
Thanks for that and thanks for dropping by. I was going to do the ECP course, but then thought…nah, I’m too lazy! 😉
Hi Clive, nice to meet you. I’m a retired nurse practitioner, so know about healthcare careers. Writing is where it’s at for me. Look forward to reading more of your writing. Christine
Nice to meet you Christine. I only did thirty years, so I think you beat me! ?
